Hi, Ed! Welcome to the NJCWG communications forum.
Hi, Ed!(15 posts)
Hi, Sheila! It's great to be here, finally. I'm looking forward to meeting every one!
Please join me in welcoming Ed.
Ed, would you tell us a little about your interest in writing, and please introduce yourself to everyone.
Thanks so much!
Thx, Sheila, good to be here! I'm Ed Kowalski. Writing off and on for years, really into it the last couple, scripts and novels, YA and adult. Interested in peer review, haven't known many writers. thanks!
Since most of us have already received multiple critiques, and I haven't received any requests for the June submission slot, I was wondering if you would like to submit something, Ed?
Welcome! I hope you enjoy this group as much as I do. There are some very talented people here with great vision and strong opinions. Please just remember, we strive to make each other better even though at times it might sound like nit picking. (Lol while looking over his shoulder)
Looking forward to reading your stuff!
Glad to have you bring your talents and expertise to this august group! Do we have your e-mail address so that we might add you to our contacts list?
Thx, guys! eomuno08 at verizon net I'd love to submit for June, Sheila, let me just put finishing touches on my submission. No worries, BG, that's what critique is about. I hope I'm bringing talent and expertise, Marvin. Do I just email it to everyone? Thx.
I will send out an updated email list to everyone today.
By the way, Bruno, is Five Against One out yet? Let me know, and we will run a piece about it on the web site. Also, one of our Bridgewater members (Danielle) has a web site called Book Remarks where she does book reviews (she is the member who also sponsored the recent writing contest and trip to BookExpo America). The reason that I mention it is because I could ask her if she would do a book review for you and place it on her web site.
Hi, Marvin! Does it still look like an August print for your magazine article? Let me know, I would like to give NJCWG web readers another heads-up as soon as possible since magazines hit the stands prior to the designated month.
Looking forward to reading your work, Ed! Don't let Bruno scare you away, we're really paper tigers! Excuse the pun.
I hope everyone has a wonderful day, and I also hope that you are still on dry ground, Marvin. Marvin wrote to tell me yesterday that his hometown of Tyler, Texas received eight inches of rain in one day. Fortunately, his home was not affected.
Talk with you soon!
Welcome, Ed! I look forward to reading your work. This is a great group to work with.
Welcome to the group. I think you will like it here. Sorry for the delay in responding to your arrival. I am between internet providers. I have a conection now through the local library.
Send your story when you fell it's right. Hope it's soon.
Hi all, thanks for the welcome! Glad to be here. I should be sending you a chapter in the next day or two. I'll create a new thread for it. Looking forward to some good critiques. Looking forward to reading your work too!
Hi, I actually finished it today, emailed it to you, created a new thread, True Colors, on the board. Be gentle :) but not too gentle, I don't think I have to worry about that.
Thanks, Ed! I'm looking forward to reading it.
You're very welcome, thank you for reading/critiquing it. I hope it's not awful. heh
